Delivery/Returns

Our delivery options are detailed below in full:

UK only- Standard Delivery £3.95 (3-5 working days) - Royal Mail First Class Recorded (please note that a signature will be required upon delivery)

Next Day Service UK ONLY (not N. Ireland) £6.95 - guaranteed next working day if ordered BEFORE 12 noon - Via courier service (please note that a signature will be required upon delivery). Please note, our couriers do not deliver on Saturday so if you order on Friday you won't receive your order until Monday

Europe - Between 3-7 working days - £6.00

Rest of the World - Between 5-10 working days (although occasionally deliveries to Australia and New Zealand may take longer) £9.00

Please note, the timings listed above are only intended as a guide and occasionally conditions beyond our control may affect delivery (weather/strikes/etc) which Trollied Dolly are unable to accept responsibility for (although of course, we will always do our upmost to ensure delivery to you in a timely manner :-)

Returns - We so hope that you love your dolly delivery, but we completely understand if you need to send it back to us. So, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please return it within 30 days of receiving your goods, in its original unworn condition, complete with tags to the returns address listed on your dispatch note. PLEASE NOTE: please include your dispatch note with your return and note the item/s that you are returning on it. You will need to pay the costs of returning your package pack to us (return delivery charges are only refundable if you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us). Please return using 'Royal Mail recorded service' and keep hold of your proof of delivery and tracking number. Please do not put the package in the postbox as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are not received if they are posted in the incorrect way

Refunded Payments: We'll refund your money for the value of the goods, excluding original postage costs (postage will only refunded under conditions stated above) within 1 week of receiving your return. All monies will be returned via your original payment method

Exchanges - We can only send exchanges to mainland UK. If you wish to exchange your item for another Trollied Dolly item, the please return as stated above. Please make a note on the dispatch note which lovely alternative dolly item you would like to replace it with and we'll do our best to fulfil this. If the items is out of stock we will of course, refund your money via your original payment method

Other returns information - Trollied Dolly will not accept returns for items received back outside of the 30 days returns period. Additionally any items that are not returned in their original, unworn condition or without tags will not be accepted as returns and will be returned to sender

Incorrect orders or faulty items - Eeeek, we hope this doesn't happen but if it does then we are of course happy to accept responsibility for our mistake! If you have received a faulty item then please email us enquiries@trollieddolly.com with your order number and details of the incorrect item sent (and whether you require a refund or a replacement). We will then respond to you and let you know how to proceed
